Sutler and Vendor Fees

Sutler pre-registration due date: May 1 (No walk-ons)
Sutler fee (by invitation only): $60
$25 firewood fee (if applicable)
 
 
Vendor application due date: April 1 (No walk-ons)
Vendor pre-registration due date: April 1
Vendor/Concession donation: $200
$50 electricity fee (if applicable)

An additional $25.00 fee is required for any Sutler who will be using firewood or water for the purpose of producing their products. An additional $50.00 donation fee is required for any vendor who will be using electricity on site.

All money collected on behalf of this reenactment is considered a donation and is not refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration

Make sure that you have reviewed the above rules and regulations. Print out the following registration form and send it along with your payment to the address listed on the form.

If you cannot print the form, contact the Webmaster and we will mail the document to you.

By submitting the registration form, you are acknowlodging that you have read the event rules and regulations and are agreeing to abide by them.
